Hi, how are you? This is the usual question that we hear every time we meet a person. And so many times the answer is not pleasing at all. But out of habit, and because we were taught that this is what we should do, we begin to tell all the problems, all the struggle and all the injustice that is around us. Just sometimes we limit ourself to a short "I'm fine." and add a polite "You?", which is a tricky question that can bring to us other people's problems that we would better not know. Hi, how you would like to be? It's a question that we should ask ourself more often. Instead of focusing on the current situation and fighting it start moving toward the state that you want to have.
